A new way to make a playbook

Two ways to draw
the same play.

One of them has been around for a hundred years. The other one moves.

The traditional playbook

Arrows on a sheet

You draw it, you explain it, and then the player has to run the film in his own head — who moves first, who waits, where the ball is when the screen arrives. Some can do that. Plenty cannot, and you find out on Sunday.

The modern one

The play runs

In 2D on your board and in 3D for your players, in the order it happens on the floor: the screen, then the player using it, then the pass. Nobody has to imagine the timing, because they can see it. Your players read it on their phone in three seconds.

I am a coach, not a company — assistant with the Italian women’s national team; at the World Cup in Berlin I prepared USA, China, Czechia and Australia. I think this is the most modern playbook a coach can get. Take the fourteen days and tell me I am wrong.

What this is not. Not a platform for an athletic department: no shared library of other people’s plays, no seats for twelve assistants. I built it for the coach who is on his own on a Tuesday night, preparing Sunday’s opponent.

One more thing

No AI inside it and no API key. The app writes the request, you paste it into the AI you already pay for, and it fills in rosters, photos, statistics and play types by itself. No second subscription.
