Rispondo io, di persona. Non c'è un centralino.
Scrivimi: info@vdmdata.it
I answer personally. There is no call centre.
Write to me: info@vdmdata.it
I reply within a couple of working days. If it's an error inside the program, tell me what you were doing when it happened and attach a screenshot — it gets solved much faster.
Open VDM, press the key button at the top of the bar and read your machine code. Send it to me by e-mail and I'll reply with your key, which you paste into the same box to activate. The licence is tied to that computer.
Yes. Write to me with the machine code of the new computer and I'll issue a new key, at no cost. The old one stops working.
If the icon turns into a crossed-out circle, you downloaded the wrong package for your processor. Check under → About This Mac whether you have an Apple chip or an Intel one, and write to me: I'll send you the right one.
No. Rosters, film, playbooks, scouting and practice plans stay on your own computer's disk. VDM has no accounts and sends nothing to any server. If you use shared work, the files pass only through the shared folder you choose yourself.
From the program's menu you can export all your work into a single file. Do it every now and then and keep it on an external disk or in a synced folder: it's the simplest way to sleep soundly. The same file is what you use to carry your work to another computer.
Yes, through a shared folder on a network or a common disk. Each coach keeps the teams they are working on, and the rest updates with the others' work. Every send leaves a copy in the history, so you can always go back.
Yes, and those are the requests I need most. VDM is written by a coach for coaches: a good part of what is in it was born from the words «it would be useful if…».
